NAS Remote Backup Service
Give yourself additional piece of mind by adding remote backup service to your dedicated server package.
You select the amount of space you'd like to make available for backups, turn on the service via Web-based control panel, and NAS will incrementally back up your selected Web data. This means only data that has been added or changed will be backed up on a daily basis, a much more efficient solution than backing up accounts in their entirety on a regular basis!
All data are encrypted and compressed by 50% on average. So, 20gb of raw data would only require roughly 10gb of storage space. Backups are done on a daily basis and archived every daily, weekly and monthly. Rapid account restoration is included with our backup services.

Disaster Insurance
Disaster can come in many forms, from DDoS attacks to successful hacking attempts, binary corruption to hardware failure. You can pay for the administrative time necessary to mitigate/reverse damage when these disasters occur, or you can purchase Disaster Insurance with your server, and you'll be reverted back to production with no additional costs.

Remote Reboot Service
Equentity LLC dedicated server customers already have the ability to request system reboots through our help desk, but if you require the ability to reboot/power cycle your hardware quickly, remote reboot service is for you. Remote reboot enabled you to instantly reboot or shut down your equipment with no intervention on the part of our technical support staff.
Installation requires short downtime to relocate your server to a different data center rack.

Firewall Service
Prevent unauthorized Access: A managed firewall can block unauthorized login attempts on your server. This can be a very effective safeguard against hackers and intrusion attempts. A managed firewall acts as a choke-point between your server and the Internet, assuring that all traffic passes through one regulated area.
Screen outbound traffic: A managed firewall can regulate the information that flows from your server to the Internet. This means that if a hacker gains access to your server (through a Trojan horse program, for example) it can help ensure that your server doesn't send out information without your knowledge.
Restrict services: A managed firewall can be set to block services that are known to be problems. It can regulate which applications are entitled to send or to receive information from external sources. Using these controls, users can limit their security risk by granting permissions only to essential services.
Log activity: A managed firewall can generate log reports showing every attempt to access your server. This log information can provide vital information about vulnerabilities and threats.
Hide multiple servers: Through Network Address Translation (NAT), a simple router can assign the IP addresses of servers on our network, making it appear as if there is only one server (or IP address).
Protect your privacy: Some commercial managed firewall packages offer additional security and privacy options that protect against malicious code in Web pages, submission of cookies and secure information encryption.
