- Standard Management: Normal management, for customers with previous experience with server management in need of a responsive, around-the-clock support team and less administrative time for tasks outside of the basic management scope. Comes automatically with every server. (Semi-Managed)
- Expanded Management: High level of security, for customers with minimal knowledge, but who wish to retain root access. (Managed)
- Professional Management: Highest level of security, full scope management, for customers who wish to have a completely hands-off server experience. (Fully Managed - no client root login)
